were found dead. neighbors tell us the victims and suspect our family members but police have not confirmed how they may have known each other. raquel cervantes live near buckeye were a deadly shooting ended after a man shot his friend several times at a home up the street and then took off. deputies found him dead inside his car. at 10:30 pm, investigators are investigating what led to the incident. chandler fire tells us a three-year-old girl was in the pool when she got underneath a flotation device and went under for about a minute. she was taken to the hospital but she was responsive. phoenix fire crews and responders have a three-year- old boy they found underwater. we are told that child is

a boat explosion at lake pleasant leads to two teenage girls suffering severe burns. both girls, just 13, one airlifted to the hospital with first and second degree burns over about half her body. the family had just put their boat in the water when something sparked that explosion. >> it was a very brief flash of fire but we don't really know the reason. >> four people and two dogs were also on the boat. no one else investigators are still trying to figure out what went wrong. sunny and dry in the valley this weekend but we are planning hour work week. >> we have city big changes for the workweek forecast but today, hot, dry and above average. we topped out at 1090. throughout the afternoon, no rain in the valley.

bars. the search is on for the serial street shooter and we continue to check with police on new leads. there have been nine shootings, seven people killed. the last attack in july. there were bullet holes in that vehicle. a man with a four-year-old passenger was stopped at an intersection when they were shot at. a witness says he saw it come from a black bmw and a $50,000 reward is on the information leading to arrest. maryland police say this man build a pipe bomb that exploded on a police vehicle. investigators say they tracked down kyle mueller through surveillance video, a burger king bag and his credit card. at least one person has dried in a state crash -- a crash on state route 37. northbound lanes have been closed near i-10.

all new information on the machete attack in belgium. isis has claimed responsibility, calling the attacker one of its soldiers. the attack happened yesterday when two female police officers were wounded when a machete wielding man attacked them. a third officer shot and killed the suspect. the attacker has been identified as a 35-year-old algerian, known to police for previous offenses but not extreme acts. he was in the country illegally and had received two orders to leave. isis just released photos of documents and gear of american soldiers, reportedly confiscated by militants after

just outside san francisco. two skydivers killed when their parachutes didn't open. their bodies were found at a nearby vineyard. both men were in their 20s. the company stayed open a customers continued jumping today but the company is investigating what went wrong. the federal bureau of administration is also involved. a 28-year-old woman in utah is now being charged after the bodies of her two were found inside a tilt bag. the bag was hidden inside her closet at her home. roommates found the bag were cleaning out her room last year. she claims she didn't know she was pregnant until she gave birth both times and says in both cases, the babies were stillborn. the friends say the news comes as a complete shock. if you got your hair cut

increasing tomorrow. one of the driest days we had in a while with dew points in the mid to upper 60s in the forecast tuesday and 70s, very sticky in the wednesday- thursday forecast. that means a potential for heavy rain in the forecast wednesday and thursday. could see some stronger wind gusts as we can into tuesday and maybe blowing dust around the open desert. rain chances day by day, not ringing them into the forec tomorrow. isolated chances in the valley tuesday. best chances right now, a couple days away on wednesday with a 60% chance of rain. 40% thursday. heavy rain mixing with that. and isolated chance friday before a dryer weekend forecast. scott stone headed to 1070 tomorrow. all of us will be slightly above average with a very hot afternoon.
